We understand applying for a role can be daunting so we want to make things as clear as possible.  Below we have provided a step by step guide to the process we follow when recruiting for vacancies.


Browse our current list of vacancies. Read through the information provided about the roles and the location, if it interests you click the link to start your application form.


Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the online application.

Be sure to complete all fields and upload all relevant evidence. The accuracy of your application is imperative to ensure smooth vetting and screening.


Once we receive your completed application the team will review your suitability. For security roles, this includes verification of application information prior to the interview. 

If you meet the initial criteria we will be in contact within a few days of application.


If you are successful at the pre-screening stage we will be in contact for a short phone interview and to arrange a face to face. At the interview, we will discuss the role and your experience as well as review the original documentation you supplied in the application.

Limited vetting checks

If the interview goes well we will move into the initial vetting stage. This involves verifying your application information more extensively and confirming your suitability for the role. Once these are complete a conditional offer of employment may be made

Conditional offer

A conditional offer of employment and scheduled start will be arranged. After these are accepted we will plan for your start which will include going through all employment documentation and readying you for your role. 

All employees go through a 15 week probationary period, during which your full vetting will be processed in line with BS7858. It is imperative everyone co-operates with the process to ensure a smooth transition into employment.
